The 2nd half of this show is a tribute to Keith Elam aka Guru, who sadly passed away on Monday 19th April. He had been battling cancer for over a year and lost the battle this month. He was an inspiration to all of us who love real Hip Hop as he earned legendary status from the late 80′s to the early 90′s with his partner DJ Premier who came together to form Gang Starr. Guru also embarked on a solo career and produced 4 volumes of Jazzmatazz which was a collaboration of Jazz musicians and singers. I dedicate this to Guru, to all who knew him and all who loved his music.
