Thanks for taking the time out to read my profile!! I go by the name DJ Ant-Man. My career began shortly after aquiring my first pair of turntables in 2003 (belt drives! other DJ's will know of my pain!!) I began mixing Grime, steadily building up my collection of vinyl via Rhythm Division and started mixing at local youth centres. At the same time MC's such as 'Tempa T' and 'Gracious K' also attended and would host sets weekly. It wasn't long until my potential was spotted and my brother who was a N.A.S.T.Y crew member at the time brought me to events to mix when they had no available DJ. After securing a slot on UrbanTingz in 2007 I took a break from DJing in the public eye for a couple years. During this period of time I began listening to Funky house and sub-genres of house through my uncle and cousin, DJ Spanner and DJ Blonx respectively. Taking their stern advice I began collecting all aspects of House music and never looked back. I joined Axe FM in 2009 before Touch FM later in the year and now De Ja Vu! It feels good to say that after being a listener for so many years! A co-producer of the Hott 2 Death House compilation CD's, Resident DJ of House @ Radunos and 'House Fever' events and with self produced tracks in the pipeline DJ Ant-Man is definitely a name to look out for in the future. Catch me preparing all listeners for that Saturday night out with a unique blend of funky, deep, soulful, tribal, minimal and tech house every Saturday 10PM to Midnight!
